Gate specification checklist
- Measure the clear opening and check the ground level through the full swing arc.
- Confirm whether the leaves must open inward, outward or through 180 degrees.
- Plan foundations, hinge posts, latch posts, drop bolts and safe hold-open positions.
- Consider galvanising and a painted finish for durability and visibility.
