UK mainland delivery charges
Delivery is charged once per order, regardless of item quantity. When a basket contains different delivery bands, only the highest applicable charge is used.

Charges are shown excluding VAT. The store’s normal VAT treatment is applied to delivery where applicable.
Where online delivery is available
Online delivery rates are available for mainland addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. Scottish mainland postcodes such as IV1 are included.
Online delivery is available to UK mainland addresses only. Please contact us for a delivery quote to Northern Ireland, islands or destinations outside mainland Great Britain.
Delivery planning
- Published lead times are estimates unless a date is confirmed in writing.
- Provide the full delivery address, site contact and any width, height, weight or time restrictions.
- Heavy and long products may need mechanical unloading supplied by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
- Do not commit labour, plant, closure times or concrete pours until the goods have arrived and been checked.
- A failed delivery or delay caused by unsuitable access may create an additional charge.
Check the delivery
Inspect the consignment as soon as reasonably possible. Note visible transport damage on the delivery record and photograph the packaging and affected product. Tell us promptly if anything is damaged, missing or different from the order.
Returns and cancellations
Standard goods may be returnable subject to the applicable contract and legal rights. Contact us before sending anything back so that the product, condition and transport can be reviewed. Customer-specific products—such as bespoke dimensions, finishes or hole patterns—cannot normally be returned simply because they are no longer required.
Consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for standard distance purchases, subject to statutory exceptions. Business cancellations require written agreement and may be charged for committed materials, manufacturing and transport. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods remain subject to the remedies required by law and the contract.
