Long-life modular steel traffic calming
The Titan Steel Speed Ramp is intended for demanding commercial and industrial routes where rubber or plastic ramps may wear flat, split or deform. Typical applications include waste centres, rail and utility sites, high-traffic shopping centres and roads used by HGVs or plant.
Each 500 × 500 × 50mm module is sold separately so the completed ramp can be assembled to the required road width. Welded mild-steel construction and additional internal ribs maintain the shallow curved profile under heavy use.

Measure the full traffic lane and provide safe tapered ends or edge protection as required by the layout. Check the supporting surface and anchors, use advance warning signage and prevent vehicles from bypassing the ramp. Anti-subsidence plates are available for installations where the tarmac needs additional support.
