Heavy-duty steel ramp with a protected service channel

The Titan Ramp with Cable Channel combines a shallow traffic-calming profile with a practical underside route for cables or hoses. It is designed for demanding locations such as waste sites, rail facilities, utilities and high-traffic commercial premises where rubber or plastic modules may deform or wear quickly.

Each 500 × 500 × 50mm module is sold individually, allowing the installation width to be built around the road. Welded mild-steel construction and internal ribs support traffic from cars, HGVs and plant. An anti-subsidence plate can be considered where the supporting tarmac requires additional load distribution.

Construction

• British-manufactured welded mild-steel module.
• 500mm wide × 500mm long × 50mm high.
• Internal cable and hose channel.
• Hot-dip galvanised and coated finish.
• Surface mounted and suitable for relocation or reuse.

Plan the cable diameter, ramp width, fixings and supporting surface before installation. The route beneath the ramp must not overload, crush or sharply bend the service. Inspect modules and anchors routinely in high-traffic areas.
