How much time your deliveries take?

The approximate delivery times are indicated on each product page. We send an email to make you aware of the product dispatching. We’ll email you each step of the way to keep you informed.

Note: There are bigger orders which are delivered to the kerbside only. For more information, contact our sales team.

Do you offer NEXT DAY delivery?

Yes, we offer the next delivery depending on the size order, product type, and time of placing the order.

How much does it cost to deliver?

Delivery cost varies depending on the manufacturer, value, size, and location. It is calculated during the checkout procedure.

Do you offer FREE DELIVERY if I spend a specific amount?

Our delivery charges are separate then the product price. However, if you buy a larger quantity then we may give you a discount in terms of free delivery.

Can I collect it from you?

Yes. You can collect specific items from our warehouse by appointment only. Please contact us to find out if this is feasible.

Do you deliver on Weekends?

We deliver on working days only. But if you do need an urgent weekend delivery we will deliver it at premium delivery cost if possible.

Can I get a product sample?

Yes. You have to email a sample request along with your name and address and we will mail it according to feasibility.

Where my order will be delivered?

Your order will b placed at the address which you have shared in the check out section as your delivery address.

What if the items are damaged in the parcel?

You have an option to exchange or refund the product. But you have to send us the picture of the product immediately after receiving the damaged product. Our courier will collect the order from you. We will offer you options of exchanging or refunding.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have an option to return the products within a reasonable time. The product must be unused. You can send it to our address or can contact us via phone or email.

Returns FAQs:

Will you pay for the delivery costs if I return a product?

We will refund the delivery cost if the product is faulty or broken. In another case, you have to bear the delivery cost expenses.

If you are liable for the costs of return and we are receiving the product from you, we will charge you the direct cost during the collection of the product.

When will you refund me for my returned product?

We will refund it within 14 days after receiving the product.

We can deduct the total amount of returned product if the value of the goods is reduced.

Do I have to register?

No, there is not any requirement for registration. However, registration will keep you updated regarding our services.

I’ve already registered; do I have to log in to order?

No, you can finish the checkout process as a visitor.

I’ve forgotten my password, can I reset it?

Yes, we offer Trade customers can sign up for a cash or credit account to benefit from exclusive deals.
